For the state of Arkansas, we linked government ombudsmen in the office of Long Term Care and nursing home residents with open and closed case and technical assistance reports.
How we built this link
Ombudsman reporting is an online reporting system made specifically for the
ombudsman community and government agencies. By utilizing the convenience
and efficiency of a web-based program to organize reports, ombudsman
reporting made their job a whole lot easier.
