DC Royalty

This software is designed to enable royalty firms or owners to efficiently manage their portfolios, giving them the functionality to perform any task needed to track income, expenses, deeds, wells, and other important information. DC Royalties is unique in that it can be configured for multiple accounts, making it ideal for both small individual royalty owners and larger institutions.

For smaller companies DC Royalty has a simple, easy to use interface that allows the user to perform tasks and keep track of interests. This information can then be organized using the built-in report generator, giving users the information needed in a quick, simple manner. 

For larger institutions, DC Royalty has the ability to separate the percentages of ownership of a interest and calculate the amount that should be allocated to each investor.  This give the firm more control while allowing them to create reports on the fly for both clients and internal use that show the exact performance of the investments.

DC Balance and Reporting

DC Balance and Reporting assists gas producers or pipeline management companies by providing a web-based interface for employees and customers to log in and view reports about their wells and/or meter connections. Gas Sample Historical Reporting allows the user to use a graphical interface to determine if the data coming into the system is accurate by comparing previous months data at the time of importing it. Other specialized reports allow for quick viewing of system volumes, well volumes, and outside company data related to well statistics.

DC Balance is equipped with full user authentication that allows producers to see only data relevant to their systems and/or wells.

DC BTU Calculator

DC BTU Calculator does more than a standard water vapor calculator. Not only can it determine water content from sample analysis, but BTU Calculator has the ability to determine the btu of an analysis in both wet or dry states for multiple presure and temps based upon the calculations in the GPA 2172.

Specifically, the DC BTU Calculator is used to estimate the compressibility, relative density, and heating value of a natural gas stream. Data input includes the gas composition, sample temperature, and sample pressure. By utilizing procedures outlined in GPA 2172 – 96 (“Calculation of Gross Heating Value, Relative Density and Compressibility Factor for Natural Gas Mixtures from Compositional Analysis”) and ASTM D 1142-95 (“Standard Test Method for Water Vapor Content of Gaseous Fuels By Measurement of Dew-Point Temperature”) for estimating the water content of a sweet natural gas stream, this program will generate values for Gas Compressibility, Gas Relative Density, and Gas Heating Values (BTU).
